Pre Construction

The most critical phase of the construction cycle is gaining a strong foundation and understanding the parameters and capacity of the construction project, including permitting and approvals. Our project team will listen to our client’s vision and help create the scope of the totality of the project. It is critical that we are in alignment with budget costs, timelines, feasibility so that we agree on the essential tasks and goals to create a successful final product.

1) Define the Master Plan – What are you trying to execute and what is the location, timeline, and to what degree of completion are you trying to achieve?

2) Define Project Budget – After the parameters and goals have been set, it is paramount to add a cost associated with the end goals of the project. What is your budget? In this phase the construction team and design team work together to assure feasibility in the cost approach, while proving up the budget and providing alternative solutions and ideas.

3) Finalize Design & Details – Once the budget is finalized and feasibility based on costs have been measured our architects and design team can take the necessary steps to align the scope of the project, costs and goals with design plans, layout, building materials and timelines. At this stage we will assess and project permits and inspections along with procurement for material to ensure we work as efficient and effective as possible.
