Project Scheduling

Effective and efficient time management is crucial in any construction project. This is the key factor that will corroborate that key functions are completed on budget, in a timely manner, and to a high standard.

1) Create a hierarchy task list broken down in phases, functions and landmarks.

2) Estimate how much time and effort each task will require

3) Generate a resource table of all personnel and/or non-personnel for each specific project and procure resources to match each task.

4) Connect and characterize the dependencies of each task so that there is instantaneous movement and flow while creating constant progression throughout the construction cycle.

5) Establish the landmarks in each project, as construction projects are typically grouped in stages and certain phases of construction are more significant than others, thus should be recognized as such.
